🏡 Montane Grove Block Party: Required Liability Waiver

This event is organized by and for Montane Grove residents. Please do not invite non-residents, including friends or neighbors from surrounding Meridiana sections. The goal of this party is for neighbors within our section to meet, connect and build community with one another.

Also, parents, this is not a drop-off event. We want both adults and children present, engaged and enjoying the activities together as neighbors and families.

All participants MUST sign a liability waiver to participate in party activities.

✔️ Easiest/Best option: print and complete the attached waiver/information sheet ahead of time and bring it with you to the event.

✔️ We will also have a few printed copies available at the registration table.

At check-in, we will:

• Verify Montane Grove residency
• Collect signed waivers
• Accept food and drink payments

First things first: THANK YOU ❤️

A huge thank-you to everyone who donated, signed up to bring items, volunteered to help or offered to lend equipment for the event. Because of your generosity and the hard work and donations of our committee members, we were able to cover the party’s core needs and truly make this a community effort.

We also want to recognize everyone serving on our day-of committees — setup, cleanup, cooking, registration and more. It takes a village to pull off an event like this, and we appreciate every neighbor who stepped up to help make this special for Montane Grove.

Now, let’s talk business 👇

The committee's food and drink planning was based on:

• The number of completed homes in Montane Grove
• Participation interest from our March 2026 survey
• Most importantly, the amount received in donations

We do have a list of individuals who already donated money and/or agreed to provide supplies ( "Help Us Stock the Montane Grove Block Party" sign-up sheet).

If you have not already contributed financially toward the event, no worries, you can still support the block party day-of by purchasing food and drinks.

💵 Food & Drink Pricing:
🌭 Hot Dog + Chips + Drink — $5
🍔 Hamburger + Chips + Drink — $6
🌭 Hot Dog — $3.50
🍔 Hamburger — $4.50
🥔 Chips — $1
🥤 Drinks — $.50

We accept Venmo. All day-of food/drink proceeds from the Montane Grove Block Party go directly back into the neighborhood community fund to support future events and activities for residents.

In the spirit of transparency, we will keep everyone in the loop with collected funds and future expenditures.

We look forward to a fun, safe and community-centered event for Montane Grove.
